Evergreen Psychiatry Group is proud to welcome Benton Bonhu, a highly experienced and deeply compassionate licensed clinical therapist, to our team. With decades of service in the field of mental health, Benton brings a rich and diverse background in psychotherapy and has helped thousands of clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.

Benton is trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. This versatility allows him to tailor treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs, fostering meaningful progress and lasting change.

Throughout his career, Benton has worked with individuals, couples, and families facing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. His therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriente, built on trust, respect, and the belief that every person has the capacity to heal and thrive.
